Estimates and Services

Requesting an estimate through our website does not create a contract or schedule a project. The scope of work, price, payment terms, and schedule will be discussed and confirmed separately.

One-Year Installation Warranty

Design Hardwood Floor Inc. provides a one-year warranty on installation labor, beginning on the date the installation is completed.

This warranty covers defects caused by improper installation, such as loose flooring or gaps resulting from installation errors.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by water or moisture, scratches, dents, impacts, accidents, pets, improper maintenance, structural movement, or the normal expansion and contraction of flooring materials. It also does not cover damage or issues that occur after the one-year warranty period.

Flooring materials may be covered separately under the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Business Registration and Insurance

Design Hardwood Floor Inc. is registered in Massachusetts and maintains active General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Commercial Auto insurance for its operations.

Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and limits of each policy. Certificates of insurance can be provided upon request.
